Executive Pastry Chef
Miro Uskokovic is the Pastry Chef of Gramercy Tavern. Prior to joining Gramercy Tavern in 2013, Miro was the Pastry Chef at Aldea and Pastry Sous Chef at Jean-Georges. In 2020, Miro won the James Beard Award for “Outstanding Pastry Chef," a national recognition. Miro grew up on a family farm in Serbia and moved to America after attending hospitality college. After working with a local pastry chef in Greentown, Indiana, Miro was formally trained at the Culinary Institute of America.
