Ljuba Ristovic

General Manager

Ljuba Ristovic became the General Manager of Gramercy Tavern in 2019. Prior to joining the team, she spent time in several other Union Square Hospitality Group Restaurants, most recently as the Assistant General Manager of The Modern, USHG’s two Michelin-starred Michelin restaurant located within the Museum of Modern Art. Prior to joining USHG, Ljuba and her husband built a well-regarded fine dining restaurant in Belgrade, Serbia where she was born and raised. During her upbringing, Ljuba grew up cooking alongside her grandmother and sharing meals with her family, an aspect of her upbringing that inspired her to pursue a career in the hospitality industry, and continues to feed her passion for delivering warm hospitality to each guest that walks through Gramercy Tavern’s doors.
