Erin Healy

Director of Beverage

Erin Healy is the Director of Beverage at Gramercy Tavern. While born in Seoul, Korea, Erin Healy grew up living in various places internationally, bouncing from country to country every few years. At 16, Erin moved to Reims, France, where she developed a proficiency for the French language and a curiosity for wine. After working at the State Department, Erin pivoted away from the world of politics and went on to complete her Intensive Sommelier Training at the International Culinary Center in California. Erin then moved to New York and has worked in some of New York’s most prestigious restaurants including Marc Forgione, Jean Georges, and Le Coucou, where she honed her expertise, leadership, and style in the world of wine and spirits.
