Bar Manager

Jeremy Plyburn is the Bar Manager at Gramercy Tavern and brings a wealth of experience to our team. He spent nearly a decade as a Bar Manager on Broadway, working on iconic productions like The Book of Mormon and Frozen. Jeremy then moved on to Queens where he worked as Head Bartender at Gastroteca. Inspired by the rich history of USHG, he joined the management team at Gramercy Tavern in 2022. Jeremy finds joy in inspiring his staff and creating delightful experiences for guests. When not working, he enjoys cooking at home in Astoria, camping, and exploring the Hudson Valley.
