We'll be joined by Bronwen and Francis Percival, co-authors of Reinventing the Wheel: Milk, Microbes, and the Fight for Real Cheese, who will showcase old-world, single-farm cheeses that convey a delicious sense of place and tradition.
Bronwen is a buyer for London’s world-renowned Neal’s Yard Dairy and one of academia’s leading liaisons between cheesemakers and the scientific community. She has made it her mission to educate cheese-lovers about the miraculous world of microbiology in some of our favorite cheeses.
